OTT platforms to carry anti-tobacco warnings; health ministry amends rules

The Union health ministry has amended the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act 2004 to require publishers of online curated content to display anti-tobacco health spots and disclaimers at the beginning and middle of a programme and an audio-visual disclaimer at the beginning and middle of a programme.
