Russian forces near Norway at '20% or less' than before Ukraine war: Norway's armed forces chief

According to Norway's chief of defense, Russian forces stationed in the Arctic near Norway are currently at 20% or less of their previous strength before the invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. General Eirik Kristoffersen stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin is aware that NATO is not a threat to Russia.
