Uttarakhand: Retired sugar mill employee held for sending extortion letter pretending to represent notorious gangsters

Laksar police arrested Lokesh Kumar Sharma, a 65-year-old retired employee of a local sugar mill, on Saturday after he allegedly sent an extortion letter to the general manager (GM) of the sugar mill, claiming to represent gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar, and demanding Rs 1 crore.
